移動床吸附器的結構
移(yi)動(dong)床(chuang)吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)器中(zhong)吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑(ji)在(zai)床(chuang)層中(zhong)不斷移(yi)動(dong),一般吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑(ji)由上向(xiang)下移(yi)動(dong),氣(qi)體由下向(xiang)上流(liu)動(dong),形成逆流(liu)操作。被分離氣(qi)體從(cong)吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)器中(zhong)段引入,與從(cong)吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)器頂端下降的吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑(ji)逆流(liu)相遇。吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑(ji)在(zai)下降的過程(cheng)中(zhong),經歷了冷(leng)卻、降溫、吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)、增濃、汽提(ti)、再生等階段,在(zai)同一設置內完成了吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)、脫附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(再生)過程(cheng)。吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)過程(cheng)實現連續化(hua),克服了固(gu)定床(chuang)間歇操作帶(dai)來的弊病,對于穩定、連續、量大的廢(fei)氣(qi)凈化(hua),其優越性(xing)比較明顯(xian)。
